The Republic of Mordovia took part in the first federal internship for municipal investment commissioners
The Republic of Mordovia is among the 35 regions participating in the first federal internship for municipal investment commissioners, which was successfully held in Tyumen. The event was supported by the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, and the Investment Agency of the Tyumen Region Foundation.
The key topics of the internship were the development of the investment climate at the municipal level, the implementation of regional and municipal investment standards, and the development of unified practical approaches to supporting investment projects based on successful management practices.
The participants, including the Development Corporation of the Republic of Mordovia, were presented with the results of a study on the role of municipal investment commissioners in developing the investment climate, as well as practical examples of local self‑government bodies’ involvement in regional activities under the roadmaps of the National Model.
During the internship, a meeting of the NAAIR.Municipality expert platform was held, focusing on the development of the municipal investment standard. In addition, three expert sessions were organised. Their topics included shaping the investment image of the territories, developing tourism and creative industries, and ensuring high‑quality support for investment projects at the regional and municipal levels. Participants also attended author‑led masterclasses entitled “A Person as a Factor of the Territories’ Investment Attractiveness” and “The Visual Code of Trust”.
Participation in such events gives Mordovia the opportunity to adopt best practices and effectively apply them to enhance the investment attractiveness of its municipalities.
